Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the TrackBlock Chrome Extension ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not install or use the Extension.

Description of Service

TrackBlock is a browser extension that detects and blocks email tracking pixels in supported email providers. The Extension performs all analysis locally in your browser and does not transmit data to external servers.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use TrackBlock in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

  • Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute modified versions of the Extension
  • Use the Extension in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
  • Attempt to bypass any security measures in the Extension
  • Use the Extension to harass, abuse, or harm others

Intellectual Property

TrackBlock is developed and maintained by Nazroq. The Extension, including all code, design elements, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Disclaimer

TrackBlock is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate tracker detection, we cannot guarantee that all tracking pixels will be detected or that no false positives will occur.

The Extension is designed to assist users in identifying potential email tracking, but it should not be relied upon as a sole security measure. Users remain responsible for their own privacy and security practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nazroq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use TrackBlock.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Damages resulting from missed or undetected tracking pixels
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Damages resulting from browser or system performance issues
  • Any damages arising from third-party actions

Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We will indicate the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of TrackBlock after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify TrackBlock at any time without notice. You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from Chrome.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nazroq operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
