Common Issues
Extension icon is grayed out
Make sure you are on a supported email provider. TrackBlock only activates on supported email domains. If the icon is grayed out, try refreshing the page.
No trackers detected
Not all emails contain tracking pixels. Try opening emails from marketing newsletters or promotional senders — these are most likely to contain trackers.
How to uninstall
Right-click the TrackBlock icon in your browser toolbar and select "Remove from Chrome" or manage your extensions from the browser's extension settings page.
